203 Engine and 201 Engine were dispatched for a vehicle fire in the area of Main St. and West Miller Ave at approx 1145pm. 775 Deputy 1 arrived on scene to find a small fire on the front end of a vehicle in the parking lot of Listaks Gas Station. 203 Engine along with 292 Truck, 171 Truck, and 204 Truck were dispatched at approx 11pm to respond to Longhorn Steakhouse for a fire alarm activation. The cause of the alarm was determined to be a cleaning crew. All units cleared.
Thu. Oct 16th 2014
203 Engine responded to the 3600 block of Grace St. for a natural gas line struck by construction crews. Crews secured the area until the gas company was able to repair the issue.
Wed. Oct 15th 2014
203 Engine responded to the 2200 Block of Main St. for what was reported to be a house on fire. Upon arrival it was determined that the "smoke" was from the resident testing their fog machine for their Halloween display.
